We have a dual objective at Lydnow: to open the doors to new ideas and learning possibilities in technology and to develop innovative tech-based solutions by accelerating research. At Lydnow we focus on making technology education easily accessible to students because over 75% of businesses globally expect the process of automation and tech upgrading in the next few years.
Our goal is to impart meaningful technology education relevant to sectors such as automation, data science, artificial intelligence, security systems, infrastructure, IIoT, health, manufacturing, food and agriculture, game design and development etc.
A hands-on learning focused mission is at the heart of what we do. Lydnow's vision is to provide diverse tech-learning experiences to students, to encourage learning-by-doing, and to create connections between theoretical and experiential learning.
Since 2011, Lydnow has worked with 2500+ students in Pune. More than 300 Lydnow students have participated at national and international competitions such as IIT Techfest and have bagged several prizes and special mentions in different categories.

With a vision to make technology education more accessible to all, Arijit founded Lydnow in 2011. A creative leader with 10+ years of experience in training, Arijit was the driving force behind Lydnow, a technology education ecosystem equipped with a collaborative tinkering space that offers a rich, engaging, and hands-on STEM (Science, technology Engineering, Mathematics) curriculum. Arijit holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics and telecommunication engineering from the University of Pune. Today, Arijit is acts as a mentor for select students and consults schools to enable STEM learning ecosystems.
“Facilitating learning engagements for students is my passion and working with students is my happy place. Practical and experiential learning is not always easy and comfortable. I find students learning at a deeper level and retaining more when they are involved in creating something anew."
Under the able guidance of Mr. Jaydeep Chougule, Lydnow has grown to become a leading course provider in Pune in the field of technology. Mr. Chougule is a thought leader in the design, development, and manufacturing of control systems, and an advisor to Lydnow’s core team. He is an electronics engineer with 20+ years of industrial experience. He has previously held senior positions at Alfa Laval India Limited and Tata Motors Limited. His primary focus is the industrial and automation sector. He currently works as Director of Operations and Finance at Dhruva Automation and Controls Pvt. Ltd., a company he started in 2002.
As the director of Finance and Technologies, Mr.Chougule naturally takes on the roles of goal setter and leader and helps the Lydnow team not only establish their goals but keeps them focused and on on track to meet them.

Rahul is a software programmer at heart and passionate about technology. With over 8 years of experience working in systems and software in India and the USA, he is currently focused on building learning solutions in programming, software development, machine learning and artificial intelligence. He holds a bachelors degree in electronics and telecommunications engineering from the University of Pune.

It's fascinating to see how young adults are able to think and solve problems when they're empowered with the right set of skills and tools. How to think, how to persevere and what questions to ask are a few key principles which we try to help our students imbibe."
Chaitrali Ranade brings unique qualifications to Lydnow as an education consultant. She designs fit-for- purpose tech learning courses tailored to enable Lydnow’s educational objectives. She collaborates with subject matter experts and develops instructional strategies. She conducts professional development workshops for staff on various aspects of pedagogy and effective teaching-learning. Chaitrali holds degrees in biotechnology and education from the University of Pune. She has extensive experience teaching elementary, middle, and high school students, and working with teachers in India and abroad.
