Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) are single, double, or multi-layered boards connecting electronic components. They are made of non-conductive materials and have lines and pads etched from copper sheets that connect the electronic components within a product. Lydnow's courses on PCB designing are a good entry point for first time designers enthusiastic about designing and etching their own single and double sided PCB layouts. You will learn to use computer-aided designing (CAD) software such as Autodesk EAGLE and Altium. This is a good platform to learn the entire process of manufacturing PCBs and assembling them via through-hole and surface mounting of components.
