1. Who can attend Lydnow's online courses?

Lydnow's online courses include beginner, intermediate and advanced level courses.
For beginner-level courses any student who belongs to the specified age group can attend; there are no other prerequisites.
For intermediate and advanced courses, additionally, a student needs to have attended Lydnow's beginner level courses (wherever applicable) in the same course category or have the required practical knowledge and understanding before attending the intermediate level course.
It is best if you get in touch with us for an evaluation before signing up for an intermediate level course, in case you have not attended the beginner course with Lydnow.

2. Who teaches these online courses?

Our team of qualified and experienced trainers teaches at our online courses. Sessions are live and interactive with a healthy mix of concept discussions, practical tasks, audiovisuals, and Q&A sessions.

3. How long these online courses run?

Typically, a beginner level course can be a 10-12 hour program. Intermediate and advanced level courses are usually 30-40hour programs. Each session is typically 2 hours long.

4. How do I register for lydnow's online course?

Registering for a STEM online course is very easy and can be directly done from our website.
Locate the course that you want to attend, either on the online courses page or the registration page on our website, then choose the batch that you want and book your seat by paying the course fee through our payment gateway.

5. What is included in the course kit?

The Hardware course kit includes all hardware components and course-specific accessories needed during the online course.

6. When will I get the course kit?

Online Courses kits are dispatched on the same day if the booking is made before 13:00 Hrs.
Kits are delivered within 48hrs in the Pune/Mumbai regions.
Students should book their seats at least 1 week before the course start date to account for delays in delivery due to COVID restrictions.

7. What if I miss a few sessions during the course?

We provide limited time slots for students to do extra work with trainers to cover up for any course sessions they miss.
Up to 2 sessions can be missed and cover-up for with trainer support. Recorded sessions, worksheets, and session notes are regularly sent to students.

8. Can I book one of the promotional offers?

Yes, combo course packages offer with higher discounts can be subscribed to in the beginner and advanced course categories.

9. Are there any scholarships?

Yes, there are scholarships available for students from low-income families.
We support students with up to 70% of scholarships after an evaluation program.

10. What can I expect from these online courses?

Lydnow's online STEM courses are aimed at facilitating essential skill development and technical know-how in fields of technologies, from the comfort of your home.
With consecutive course levels, you can expect to develop a deep understanding of underlying concepts and scientific principles used in building technologies.
At the same time, you will work on several practical projects that will help you build and understand these technologies from scratch.

11. How do I reschedule or cancel my booking for online courses?

Intimations for rescheduling your course need to be given at least 3 days prior to the course start date by emailing us at info@lydnow.com
Canceling a course will result in a partial refund or carry forward of your fee as per our refund policies mentioned in the FAQs page.

12. Will the online course be canceled last minute by Lydnow?

Online Courses scheduled do not get canceled. In very rare situations a course might be rescheduled.
All course participants are informed well in advance in such situations and we provide due assistance and resolution to any inconveniences caused due to rescheduling of a course.

13. What precautions are you taking related to the Coronavirus outbreak?

Our centers are well equipped with social distancing measures and sanitization standards that ensure the maximum safety of our staff, clients, and students.
For online courses, our course kits(if any) are sanitized, carefully packed, and couriered with reliable delivery partners.

14. What health and safety guidelines are given to your staff?

Our staff is trained to operate with all social distancing, sanitization, and hygiene-related guidelines for their safety and the safety of our clients and students.
Our classrooms are equipped with multiple hand sanitizers, UVC disinfection chambers, and scheduled sanitization cycles are carried out daily.

15. How lydnow's online courses can do good for your child's academic performance?
